Using the website
Effective October 28, 2026. These terms describe use of CryptoTrades educational information and tools. If you do not agree, stop using the website. Questions can be directed to info@CryptoTrades.com.
Educational information & tools
Content and calculations are provided for general education and information. They do not take account of your circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance, or legal obligations and do not create an adviser-client relationship. You are responsible for independently checking information and for your own decisions.
Tool outputs depend on your inputs and simplified assumptions. Markets can move rapidly; execution, fees, liquidity, funding, tax, and data quality can differ from a model. No outcome, return, availability, or accuracy is guaranteed.
Acceptable use & intellectual property
Do not misuse the site, submit unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, or use automated traffic to degrade availability. You may use the tools for lawful personal research and education.
CryptoTrades branding and original content are reserved to their owners. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Source links do not imply a commercial relationship, sponsorship, or endorsement.
Third parties & local storage
External websites and any configured newsletter service operate independently. Review their terms and policies. The portfolio tracker stores data only in your browser; you are responsible for backup and manually updating prices. CryptoTrades cannot restore a deleted local portfolio.
Availability, warranties & liability
The site is provided as available, without warranties to the extent allowed by law. Features, content, and access may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from reliance on content, tool outputs, or third-party services.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
